During the consultation, we’ll demonstrate your design options and provide the information you need to make informed decisions. We’ll guide you through the many choices involved in creating your shower, including tile, shower pans, curbs, drains, trims, soap shelves and niches, benches, patterns, and grout.

Step 2: Design Phase – Tile Selection and Collaboration

Next, you’ll begin your Design Guide. Use our tile selection resources and gallery to get inspired, then plan a visit to Aqua Esta Tile & Stone.

We’ll recommend a local tile shop for selecting your materials and work with them to help ensure your order is correct, complete, and on time.

Bring samples of materials you have already selected—such as cabinets, countertops, paint colors, and plumbing fixtures—so we can help bring the entire space together.

Completing your Design Guide allows us to provide an accurate quote and timeline and helps us get your project on the schedule. It also helps avoid delays caused by material backorders or incomplete selections.

Use our guides to design your project step by step. Select a shower pan and accessories that meet your needs and fit your lifestyle.

Whether you’re after timeless elegance or bold, modern style, you’ll have the flexibility to explore and refine your choices.

Step 3: Finalizing Your Design – Making Confident Choices

Your Design Guide helps bring all the pieces together. Once your major selections are complete, we can confirm quantities, details, and installation requirements.

This is where your selections come together into a complete plan for your shower. We’ll review the details with you and make sure the design works together before moving forward.

Some decisions may still be finalized during the project. Details such as grout color or niche placement can sometimes be adjusted as installation progresses, depending on the circumstances of your project.

We’ll communicate with you throughout the process so you understand your options and can make decisions with confidence.

Step 4: Scheduling & Preparation – Getting Ready for Installation

Once your design direction and selections are coming together, we’ll work with you to prepare for your project.

We’ll keep you informed about our schedule throughout the planning process and provide a firm start date once your quote has been accepted.

Before installation begins, we’ll make sure we have the information and materials needed to keep your project moving smoothly. Our goal is to identify potential issues before they become delays.

You don’t need to have every small detail figured out at this stage. We’ll help you understand which decisions need to be finalized before installation and which can be made as the project progresses.

Step 5: Quoting – Transparent and Straightforward

Once you have completed your Design Guide and we have the information needed for your project, we’ll prepare a fixed quote.

Our quoting process is transparent and straightforward. We’ll itemize the costs, offer budget guidance if needed, and make sure you’re comfortable with the plan before moving forward.

If you need to adjust selections to stay within your budget, that’s absolutely okay. We’ll work with you to find solutions that make sense for your project.

Walton Tile will order your tile and invoice you upon delivery. If you prefer to provide your own tile, we’ll provide the quantities you need.

Decision Making – Flexibility Is Key

Some choices need to be made before we can provide an accurate quote or begin installation, while others can be finalized as the project unfolds.
